Vintage Pine Apple Notecards – Art by Mike Melton (Set of 6)
Bring back the charm of old Pine Apple with every handwritten note.
Featuring Mike Melton’s beloved drawing, Vintage Pine Apple, these notecards capture downtown Pine Apple, AL, as it looked circa 1956. Each card is a nostalgic tribute to buildings that no longer stand—including Melton Grocery (owned by Mike’s father), the local barber shop, the drug store with a dentist’s office upstairs, and the Masonic Lodge, which once housed several community businesses. Mike drew this scene entirely from memory, making each notecard a meaningful piece of hometown history.
Printed on quality cardstock and measuring 5.5" x 4.25", these folded notecards are blank inside—perfect for thank you notes, encouragement, or simply staying in touch. Each set includes 6 cards and 6 envelopes, ready to send joy through the mail.
As part of our commitment to preserving local heritage, a portion of every Mike Melton art purchase supports the Moore Academy Alumni Association and their efforts to maintain historic Moore Academy.
Whether you're a Pine Apple native or simply love small-town history, these notecards make a thoughtful gift—or a treasured addition to your own stationery stash.
