Fall Saturday's in the South

The crisp fall air brings excitement to the south...

College football rules this time of year.  Saturdays are spent with the TV turned to the SEC Network, ESPN or wherever you can find your game. If you are lucky enough to attend in person, you get to experience "the" atmosphere of the SEC.  The crowds, the sounds, smells, the sea of people dressed in red and white, orange and blue, or whatever color represents your team.

Age old rivalries rear their head and houses are divided.  

Family and friends often gather together for "Football Saturday" to root for their favorite team even if some don't know the difference between a reverse and a blitz! (that would be me!)

Other than football, food is the main attraction.  Great food is always the center of gatherings and football is no exception.  These days a good charcuterie board is the center of the table and what better way to display your charcuterie "art" (and it is an art!) than on your favorite team's board.
